Workshop Schedule:

9:45 am – 10:00 am: Introduction and Welcome.

10:00 am – 11:30 am: Gestalt Exploration with Horses – Gestalt is experiential and non-judgmental. Guidance from Elisabeth and the Horses to feel deep into your body and release blockages and emotional pain.

11:30 am- 11:45 am: Break (Light snacks provided)

11:45 am -12:45 pm: Guided Writing Exercise: Connecting with your Inner Self (personalization and dialogues).

Sharing Session: A non-judgmental and safe space for self-love through writing.

12:45 pm: Closure and goodbye.

This schedule provides a well-structured and balanced flow for the workshop, combining gestalt exploration with horses and a meaningful writing session to connect with one’s inner self.

Parking : on the street. It is a quiet neighborhood street.

Please note that due to the vulnerable nature of the work, no late arrival or early dismisal will be allowed. It is key for the experience that we all start and end at the same time.
