During this program, you will:
- Immerse yourself in reflective writing exercises led by Odelia Elgarat. We will engage all our senses—smelling, touching, listening, and tasting—to deepen our connection with our inner selves.
- Create a safe and nurturing space for self-expression and reflection, where sharing and celebration are honored.
- Engage in equine Gestalt coaching with Elisabeth Denizot and her intuitive horses, Casper and Spirit. This dynamic process leverages the wisdom of Gestalt and the horses to help you uncover and heal hidden emotions and patterns.
When you complete this program, you will:
- Feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with your authentic self.
- Gain clarity about your inner voice and life’s direction.
- Leave with renewed purpose, greater confidence, and tools to continue your journey of self-discovery.

Guidelines

- Please, park on the street of this quiet neighborhood.
- Dress in layers, with comfortable clothes that you would wear at a barn.
- Wear closed-toe shoes to be near the horses.
- Bring a water bottle, sunglasses, hat and sunscreen
- Bring your own lunch. Light refreshments will be served
- No horse experience necessary.
- Horses are not ridden. Their healing power and wisdom are experienced from the ground.
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as it’s important for everyone to begin and end the experience together. To honor the flow of the day, we won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals or early departures. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellations and Refunds
Please be advised that payment is due at the time of booking and that the event is non-refundable.
