Under the expert guidance of Elisabeth Denizot and her intuitive horses, Casper and Spirit, you will engage in equine gestalt coaching. This dynamic process leverages the wisdom of Gestalt and the horses to help you uncover and heal hidden emotions and patterns.
Following the equine session, immerse yourself in reflective writing exercises led by Odelia Elgarat. We will engage all our senses—smelling, touching, listening, and tasting—to deepen our connection with our inner selves. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, express, and embrace your authentic self.

Guidelines
- Please, park on the street of this quiet neighborhood.
- Dress in layers, with comfortable clothes that you would wear at a barn.
- Wear closed-toe shoes to be near the horses.
- Bring a water bottle, sunglasses, hat and sunscreen.
- No horse experience necessary.
- Horses are not ridden. Their healing power and wisdom are experienced from the ground.
